It's the fall of 2026, and I've decided to launch a new Etsy venture, Nomad & Nostalgia. If you're like me, and you grew up in a Protestant church with its roots in the Midwest, you remember seeing your grandmother's quilts, or maybe your mom's if you're lucky. You know what vintage embroidery is because you grew up with it. Nomad & Nostalgia rescues old embroidery, cross stitch and cutter quilts for a new generation. I currently design and market greeting cards with artwork inspired by these lovely relics.
